LoopBudget (loopbudget.com) processes the email you submit on our waitlist and, for design partners, account email, organization membership, agent session metadata, usage estimates, policy decisions, and alert content.
Usage amounts from the Cursor sidecar are estimates derived from local transcript text — not official Cursor or Anthropic billing records.
We use subprocessors only as needed to run the service (hosting, database, transactional email). We do not sell personal data.
Design partners may request export or deletion of their organization data by emailing privacy@loopbudget.com.
